| Wow, so the last time I wrote a blog here, I was still in High School...since then I have graduated, gone to college, got a new car, and made many new friends, including a girlfriend :)
I wonder if anyone even still uses xanga? Apparently some people still use this because it's still up and running.
I was looking back through my previous blogs from back then and boy, I was negative. High school really wasn't my thing but a lot has changed since then. I have definitely realized that life is too short to be sad and gloomy all the time. It was just interesting to go back and read what I wrote about.
This semester of school is going very good! I've been able to keep a long distance relationship, something I never dreamed of doing, while continuing to stay on top of my classes and such.

| I'm ready for this year to be over. It seems so pointless to still be in high school for this last semester. There is no point in being at school...no exemptions for absences.
Anyways, these last few days of weather have been kinda gloomy and wet. I like that though. I wouldn't like that for every day, but it's nice to have a break from the sun always shining.
My car is dead and until the 3 pistons come in that we are replacing, i will have to drive my mom to her school every morning at 7:00. We've had to special order the pistons, and they are supposed to come in Friday. This has to be the biggest job that we have done on the Cavalier and it isn't pleasant. Oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do. Next summer i get a new car though, so hopefully the car issue will go away. By the way, i can't wait for college to start! And i'm ready for the Rangers to start...of course. | | |
| So i guess i was wrong about the superbowl, Seattle lost so now i come out with $20 instead of a possible $40....oh well, you win some and you lose some. I thought that for the most part the game, commercials, officiating, and half-time show all sucked...yet Super Bowl XL had the second highest number of viewers, second only to the final episode of MASH. Of all nine super bowls i have watched, i have cheered for the winning team once. I guess next time i'll just go for the team that i really don't want to win, that way the team i really want to win will actually end up winning. Anyways, i'm not feeling too well physically or emotionally so i'm going to get off. I hope all is well. | | |
| I just probably experienced one of the hardest nights of my life. But hey, on the bright side, it rained. I love the rain  !!! And to make it better, it was a thunderstorm! I stayed awake until like 2 just thinking and listening to it. Wow, that sounds dorky. But that is one of my favorite parts of winter...when it is actually cold and rainy. I would even settle for just cold and clouds, but rain is my favorite. And boy, it was good timing for a thunderstorm...kinda characteristic of my evening. Oh well, life goes on. It's just another day. There is always tomorrow...which is actually today, and today is a good day. Seattle is going to beat Carolina today, and Denver is going to beat Pittsburgh. That means my bet total will come to $50! Sorry it has to be at your expense little bear! | | |
